Construction of the Smythesdale Wellbeing Centre which includes a large multipurpose room, offices with maternal child health facilities and amenities.

The design reflects the historical context of the rural region whilst still creating a modern appearance and in addition to being an important resource to local people and local business, the Smythesdale Wellbeing Centre is also ‘green’, with ten ecologically sustainable design initiatives.

The Alexandra Avenue Maternal & Child Health Centre was constructed for Brimbank City Council. The facility consists of several consulting rooms, amenities and large multi-purpose spaces.
